Pollo del Mar was great last Thursday, but they played for less than 0.5 hour, then the strange movies started.
KOHL'S
F*%#ING SUCKS
R.I.P. Van's Skatepark Milpitas 11/13/04
Someone sold hundreds of t-shirts with this printed on them at the last Friday session before closing. Kohl's is the name of the department store which is coming in.
Censored for the sensitive visitor.

I forgot to mention that Social Distortion is playing Monday and Tuesday night at the Warfield in SF. Bad Religion was excellent there last night. I survived and enjoyed multiple excursions into the heart of the pit. Too many bruises to go back again. Until Friday, for DHC. See below.

A great mix of music is coming up:
Tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Grace Cathedral in SF a string quartet will play at 7 PM featuring a Stradivarius violin!
This Thursday, in Oakland, Pollo Del Mar will play live surf music in front of weird aquamarine films at 9 PM.
Bad Religion is playing the Warfield in SF soon. Given the election debacle, they will be very angry punks.
The Dancehall Crashers are playing their once a year show a week from Friday at the Great America Music Hall in SF. Opening for them is Fabulous Disaster. In addition to having a great name, they play good punk rock, and are very dyke.
Consult http://milesgehm.net for details.
See you down front.
