Desmond Dekker is playing at Slim's in SF tomorrow, Thursday.
He has been playing ska for nearly 40 years, and tours the US very rarely.
One of his big hits (You can get it...) is being used in a recent Prius car commercial. His original release of the song was in 1972 for the Jimmy Cliff movie THE HARDER THEY COME.
